What we collect
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our business. This includes:
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, job title or position, and company, when you request our research (including the free executive summary), make an enquiry, or purchase a report or subscription.
- Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in our hosting and content-delivery logs to keep the site secure and reliable.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To deliver the research, reports, data and executive summary you request;
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- To process and fulfil purchases and subscriptions;

- To validate, maintain and improve our model and our service; and

If you give us your details we may send you relevant research and updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us. We will not send you marketing you have asked us to stop.
Cookies and analytics
We keep tracking to a minimum. The site uses only essential functionality and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Access, correction and complaints
